We accept cash, check, or credit cards for copayments/deductibles. Please check from your insurance company whether you are covered for the services and regarding your copayments and deductibles. The patient will ultimately be financially responsible if insurance does not pay for the provided services.
If you do not have insurance and are interested in our services, please call the office for the charges to see our specialist.
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please inform the office at least 48 hours in advance or you will be responsible for a fee for the missed appointment.
